Estate homes, golf, and waterfront living on Clearwater Harbor. Clay and his team give Belleair homes the time and attention they deserve.
Belleair is a small, upscale town just south of Clearwater along Clearwater Harbor, home to the historic Belleview Inn, golf courses, oak-lined streets, and some of Pinellas County's finest estate and waterfront homes. Its housing ranges from classic older homes to large custom builds and waterfront properties. Tampa Bay Inspections, led by Clay Schleitwiler, CMI®, a Florida Licensed Home Inspector (#HI4562), serves home buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout Belleair.
Estate and waterfront homes have more of everything: multiple AC systems, larger and more complex roofs, pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, irrigation, and on the water, seawalls and docks. Our luxury and estate inspections give every system the time it deserves, and specialty inspections can be combined into one coordinated visit. Older homes often need a four-point inspection and roof certification, and waterfront properties deserve a careful look at signs of past water intrusion.
Clay's construction background and master-level credentials make him well suited to complex homes, and every Belleair home can benefit from a wind mitigation inspection. Clay and his team walk clients through their findings, explain everything in plain English, and deliver a detailed report with photos, typically the same day. Call 813-476-1561 to schedule your Belleair inspection.
